Core Values:

Meet the Team

Dr. Nathan Siebenaller

B.S. | B.A. | D.C.
OWNER & FOUNDER OF FULLY ALIVE CHIROPRACTIC

Certified:
Applied Kinesiology, Koren Specific Technique, Logan Basic Technique

Dr. Siebenaller grew up in the small town of Bascom, Ohio with his parents and three older brothers. Following a botched somersault at the age of three, he ended up with a painful pinched nerve in his neck. It was then that his mother took him to the chiropractor for his first chiropractic adjustment. He began to see the chiropractor more routinely in high school, even when he didn’t have any complaints. This helped keep the three-sport athlete healthy and injury-free. It was during this time that Dr. Siebenaller began to contemplate a career in chiropractic.

Dr. Siebenaller went on to play football and earn a degree in exercise science at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.It was there that he met his wife, Lauren, at a Bible study called, “Fully Alive” (the inspiration for the clinic name!). After getting married, the Siebenallers moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where Nathan would graduate Magna Cum Laude from Logan College of Chiropractic.

While in school Dr. Siebenaller became certified in Applied Kinesiology and Koren Specific Technique because of their unique ability to more quickly and accurately find the cause of subluxation. Dr. Siebenaller spent his last semester of school interning in the Dayton, Ohio area, and realized this was a community that would both utilize and benefit from neurologically-based chiropractic. With the opening of Fully Alive Chiropractic, Dr. Siebenaller plans on using his time and energy to help the area of Springboro thrive and live life to the fullest.

Dr. Siebenaller is looking forward to serving your family by providing quality specific, scientific chiropractic care!

Dr. Taylor Horn

B.S. | D.C.

Certified:
Applied Kinesiology, Webster Technique, ICPA Perinatal Certified

Dr. Taylor grew up in Parker, Colorado with her parents and younger brother. She began dancing ballet at the age of three and continued dancing throughout college. During her dance career, she regularly saw a chiropractor to keep her body healthy and performing at its best, which piqued her interest for the profession and her passion for helping people to enjoy life at their fullest potential.

Dr. Taylor attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where she discovered Applied Kinesiology. She was drawn to its whole-body approach and its unique ability to uncover root-cause dysfunction by addressing the physical, nutritional, and emotional components of health.

It was also during chiropractic school that Dr. Taylor met Dr. Hobie. The two quickly bonded over a shared life purpose and passion for serving others. They were married shortly after graduation and are grateful to now serve patients side by side.

Dr. Taylor has a special love for pediatric and perinatal care. While in school, she pursued additional training in craniosacral therapy and specialized care for moms, babies, and children. She is certified in the Webster Technique and perinatal care through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Taylor is excited to be part of the Fully Alive family and looks forward to helping individuals and families thrive as their happiest, healthiest selves.

Dr. Hobie Horn

B.S. | D.C.

Certified:
Applied Kinesiology

Dr. Hobie grew up in Moore, Oklahoma with his parents and two younger siblings. In high school, he played basketball and experienced several injuries that first led him to a chiropractic office. After a few visits, he noticed significant improvement — but more importantly, he developed a growing appreciation for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

Initially, Dr. Hobie planned to become a firefighter and earned his EMT certification. However, after reinjuring his back, he returned to his chiropractor who encouraged him to consider a different path—one that would allow him to help others in a hands-on, impactful way. After several years at Oklahoma State, he enrolled at Parker University in Dallas, Texas to pursue a career in chiropractic.

While in Dallas, he met his wife, Dr. Taylor, who introduced him to Applied Kinesiology. He immediately connected with the technique and its ability to precisely identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Dr. Hobie is passionate about helping patients overcome injury, improve performance, and reach their full potential.

He is grateful to serve alongside his wife and the Fully Alive team and looks forward to caring for individuals and families in the community.

Kate Campbell

Kate began her journey with Fully Alive as a patient at the beginning of high school. After experiencing serious mold-related illness, functional medicine and neurologically-based chiropractic played a pivotal role in restoring her health. That experience not only changed her life, but sparked a passion for helping others pursue lasting wellness.

In 2023, Kate joined the Fully Alive team and now serves in a leadership and support role within the office. She helps guide day-to-day operations, supports the doctors behind the scenes, and works to ensure each patient’s experience is seamless and intentional. Kate also leads biofeedback and stress response evaluation sessions and focuses heavily on patient education.

She is passionate about helping individuals understand their bodies, navigate stress, and feel confident in their healing journey. Having once been a patient herself, Kate is committed to making every person who walks through the doors of Fully Alive feel supported, informed, and encouraged.

Lauren Siebenaller

Office Manager

Wife to Dr. Nathan, Lauren has been around Fully Alive from its inception. She is captivated by the ability of the body to heal itself, and considers supporting her husband in his calling as one of her greatest privileges and blessings. After teaching high school for six years, she decided to work full time at the office from 2018 to 2023 doing nervous system evaluations, biofeedback, heart sound recorders, and whatever else needed. After having their first child in 2023, Lauren is home most days, but pops into the office from time to time. She loves good food, a strong cup of coffee, running their dog, Ziva, and volleyball.
